What you will do:
We are looking for a PL SQL Specialist for financial markets (with opportunity to work from home) in the Romanian team.
In this job your tasks & activities include:
- Working as a part of a multinational team to localize and implement software products for our clients from financial sector, mainly: banks, asset management and brokerage companies
Participating in complete IT projects (specification, implementation, testing, user acceptance, post-implementation support)
- Identifying clients’ needs, proposing solutions and taking action to fulfill the requirements
- Preparing IT specifications according to business requirements
- Identifying, logging and fixing issues using specific development tools
- Supporting clients in their day-to-day operations, organizing and providing training for them
- Financial regulations review in order to anticipate clients’ requirements and future developments
- Project development (customization, parameterization)
Who you are:
- University/college degree (IT or finance)
- Oracle SQL knowledge
- Knowledge of at least one programming language
- Interest in Financial Markets and Operations
- Willingness to learn new IT & project management tools
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, customer-oriented attitude
- Proactive and result-oriented personality with creative problem solving skills
- Good team-player
Desired skills
- Knowledge of Financial Markets (especially Capital Markets)
- Experience in project work
- Working experience in financial IT field
